Interactive Studios contacted Wifi Heros to provide a good and fast connection for their 25+ staff office in London following countless struggles whilst everyone worked at same time.
A Network report was booked to determine cause of bad internet experience despite having 2 internet providers. We deployed a fail over system allowing a backup system as well as managing the traffic by introducing a Usg to ensure a balanced and fair shared policy.
The client was also advised to obtain a fibre optic internet connection to provide faster provision for several users. Fail over system meant that our client now had great assurance as we were able to provide over 200mbs to most devices in the office as well as managing traffic and setting load balance for priority devices and PCs. A Fail over system was installed so if one internet provider cut out the other provider would lock in matter of seconds ultimately eliminating any WiFi issues.
