Though Dr James had installed Hyperoptic 1Gb Internet, it struggled to reach full speed around the apartment, with Wi-Fi particularly weak in the house’s study. Our Network Report revealed that the Internet reached just 9Mbps download speed and 1.2Mbps upload speed in parts of the house.
We recommended that three access points of a mesh Ubiquiti setup be placed in the property in order to provide a stable network and Wi-Fi environment. Cat 6 cabling infrastructure was installed bespoke to specified locations as a result of the initial Network Report.
All of this installation work resulted in Dr James being able to enjoy 99% Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property. The Wi-Fi network’s speeds now range from 890 to 1,000Mbps in the download category and 100Mbps in upload speed.
